About Me

Hello!

My name is Megan, owner and menu curator. I am a food enthusiast, a mom of three and a dedicated cook in my kitchen. I have a passion for helping others find enjoyment in cooking in their home–from planning what to make for the week, to enjoying a meal around your table.

My passion for cooking started early as a young girl and has expanded into adulthood. Growing up on a family farm, I learned the importance of cooking with fresh, whole foods, using what you have and the benefit of having a meal plan. That approach stayed with me as an adult through various seasons– working professional, wife and now as a mom of three.

My husband likes to joke when we got married, if he said he liked something, he shouldn't tell me because then I wouldn't make it again. I took that as a challenge to see what other delicious recipes I could make! I thrive on creating in my kitchen. It's my happy place. Finding new recipes, making delicious food and enjoying it with those I love is a passion.

I have been working in the food space for the past 10+ years. I worked with food clients at an advertising agency before I transitioned and worked for a well-known food blogger (Hi Cookie + Kate!) for almost 8 years. It truly was a blast!  â€‹

While working in the food blogger space, my knowledge and abilities in creating delicious food expanded. There are so many talented recipe creators and tons of recipe options. I know it can be overwhelming. My goal is to find recipes and create cooking schedules that work best for your family.

With Well Fed Co., we help make meal time from start to finish approachable and familiar. Our goal is to eliminate the stress and burden of cooking in your home. I love the challenge of finding recipes you can enjoy while fitting them into your busy week.

Food should be fun, nourishing and simple when you need it to be. It's a fun puzzle for me to put together! Well Fed Co. can help you find enjoyment in cooking whole foods at home.
